Delivery, Returns, Exchanges

DELIVERY

Products advertised for sale on the website may be ordered only if the invoice and delivery addresses are within the United States of America.

The Seller will make every effort to deliver the product within the term indicated on the website and in any event within thirty (30) days as confirmed of the order. Nonetheless, the times indicated on the website are indicative only. The Seller shall not be liable in any way if delivery takes place at a later date.

The Buyer shall not be entitled to compensation or contract cancellation due to a delay in delivery, unless the delay was caused by the Seller or its supplier, and can be attributed to willful misconduct or gross negligence. If the delay in delivery exceeds thirty (30) days, the Buyer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract and shall be refunded of the payments already effected.

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, if the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product through no fault of its own, because our supplier does not fulfill its contractual obligations, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract vis-à-vis the Buyer, if already entered into. In this case the Buyer will be advised immediately of the unavailability of the product. We will then return the sums paid by you within thirty (30) days beginning with the day after the end of the delivery period if we cannot supply the product purchased by you because it is not available.

The Seller ships all orders via US Postal Services (USPS). All items are insured by the Seller until they have been delivered at your address.

Insofar as it is impossible to effect delivery to the Buyer, because the delivered merchandise does not fit through the Buyer’s entrance door, front door, or the staircase, or because the Buyer cannot be found at the address he indicated, although the Buyer was apprised of the delivery date with a reasonable period of time, the Buyer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for any refancosmeticsus.com purchase when products were purchased directly from www.refancosmeticsus.com 14 days of purchase.

  1. All returns are subject to inspection. We cannot refund or exchange any skincare or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used).
  2. In the event that a gift with purchase was included with the order, please send back the gift with purchase item along with the returned item. Note: We will not refund regular goods unless the gift with purchase is returned to us as well.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products specified on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned.
  4. If you paid with a gift card and credit card, the gift card will first be refunded, then your credit card will be refunded.
  5. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization number (REF#) cannot be accepted.
  6. Returned products that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense or destroyed by Tutta Rosa LLC upon request.

Please note that we are a US based company and accommodate website orders that ship to continental U.S. addresses only.  If you purchase from our website while visiting the U.S, but reside outside the U.S., sales are final and are not returnable or refundable outside of the U.S.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Obtain a return authorization number (REF#) via e-mail at orders@refancosmeticsus.com with the following information: first name, last name, web order number or sales order number, product to be returned and reason for return.
  2. Pack the product (s) in the original packaging and include any promotional item that may have been included, such as a gift with purchase, etc.
  3. Include, the REF#, copy of the sales order.
  4. Mail the return within 2 weeks from receipt of the return authorization number (REF #) to:

    Shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.  We recommend to choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

  5. Allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed.
